Ameliorate the experiment setup which has been built up. Studying The Oscillatory Flow Mixer special flow characters , a new view of OFM working is carried out ,which fluid back from upper Volume and vortex in the volume are the keys two factors causing the OFM like ideal complete stirred reactor .Put up the terms ,namely , the net flux and the oscillatory flux, the net average Reynold number (Ren) and the oscillatory average Reynold number (Reo), the rate of fluid back and the vortex degree .Conductance apparatus can measure the consistency of NaCl exactly and successively . Injecting tracer (NaCl) and researching into retention time distribution (RTD) .Comparing the fourth ,the eighth and the twelfth OFM experiments ,draw a conclusion that above eighth OFM have the same orderliness .Taking a series of photography at the different frequency or different swing to make clear the model in characters. Analysis RTD data and put forward a series-wound complete stirred reactor model and limited conditions .Flocculation experiments proves that the OFM has more excellence than the stirred reactor .The variance sum of gray scale values of pixel rate is according with the feculent degree .Making chart, so the best oscillatory conditions and the minimum flocculants quantity is found .A medium-sized set of OFM is built up, which demonstrated the practice of OFM in industrial .and similitude with the experiment setup .
