The 14 th Five-Year Plan period is an important period for the high-quality development of the tobacco industry.In order to keep pace with the development of The Times,China Tobacco has introduced intelligent manufacturing and data-driven technology into the tobacco industry and proposed the strategy of accelerating the digital transformation and upgrading.In cigarette industry transformation and upgrading of the digital process,cigarette factory is one of the important system of the digital transformation,in order to ensure the accuracy of the digital transformation,the digital transformation of cigarette manufacturing enterprises is of great significance.However,the proportion of small and medium-sized cigarette factories with an average annual output of less than 500,000 boxes is as high as 63%,accounting for a relatively large proportion.The mainstream cigarette machine equipment is the processing equipment introduced in the 1980 s,which forms a great resistance to the realization of the digital transformation of the cigarette industry.There are conflicts between the new data management mode and the original management mode,and the existing evaluation mode cannot focus on the rolling shop,and cannot provide effective support for decision-making.(1)Taking G cigarette Factory as an example,this paper makes a detailed review of the production process of the rolling workshop of small and medium-sized cigarette factories through the production data in 2021.Guided by the Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Production and Manufacturing level of cigarette Factories,this paper understands and determines the production status,workflow status and data collection status of rolling workshop of small and medium-sized cigarette factories from inside and outside the workshop.Determine the types of data indicators required in the evaluation model,sort out 7 single group equipment evaluation indicators from multiple dimensions such as production,equipment,quality and cost,and 26 comprehensive macro evaluation indicators.(2)The "AHP-TOPSIS" method is used to build a comprehensive evaluation model of a single group of production equipment,and the validity of the model is verified.The weight of each index is determined,and the "evaluation + analysis" model of a single group of equipment is realized.(3)Due to the certain correlation between the 26 evaluation indicators output,this article uses factor analysis to reduce the dimensionality of the 26 comprehensive macro evaluation indicators,forming 8 comprehensive evaluation indicators.The comprehensive factor score formula is also output to evaluate the overall operation of the workshop accordingly.
