| Pellets has the advantage of high grade,good hardness,easy reductive and homogeneous grains. Proper arrangement of acidic pellets and sinter consititute rational charge composition to improve the technico-economic indexes.In order to improve charge composition of blast furnace, 2×8 m~2 shaft furnace was built and put into production on May,2001 in Chongqing Iron and Steel Co..And, research on manufacturing facility and technique of pellets is lower than that of sinter since the time of pellets which has been used as raw materials of blast furnace is short. In this paper, based on the research findings in morden technology and theory of pellets production,system analysis on main problem of production was investigated after shaft furnace went into production. And some of optimization measure ,such as raw materials for pellets and pelleting process,etc, was taken to improve quality of pellets.The experiment result showed that continous production of the shaft furnace run smoothly and operational index was improved, as well as the thermal condition was rational. And high quality of pellets and good economic returns was achieved. |
