The pressure leaching technology has been used in the extraction process of zinc, uranium ,molybdenum, copper, nikel, cobalt, manganese, aluminium, vanadium from it was brought forward, beacuase the pressure leaching can enhance the reaction velocity, so it make many metallurgic processes advance though they cannot do under the normal temperature and pressure. because it has the advantage of simple process, lesser investment, cleanly production process, high metal recovery totally, it is hopeful to replace the traditional process of zinc.This paper summarizes the process of zinc and its correlative data , and finds that there are few papers on the kinetics of the pressure leaching though it has been used in the industrial application. This paper finds the best area of leaching zinc based on the thermodynamic analyses of E-pH equilibrium diagrams and experiments, finds the best area of leaching zinc, then analyzes theoretically the effect of temperature ,oxygen pressure, granularity, time, agitation velocity. Meanwhile, it establish the kinetic models ,which has the directive meaning for the industrial application. |
