The safety of coal mines is the most important thing of the present safety in production, and coal and gas outburst are the most serious kind of natural calamity in the production of the colliery, launching the research of the predication of coal and gas outburst continuously, there is very important realistic directive significance to the safety in production of the colliery.Geographic Information System is integrated technology at the computer, geo scientific theory, space science, information the pieces of frontier branches of science new developing of administrative skill. It can not merely store , analyze and express various targets' attribute information in the real world , and can also deal with its spatial orientation characteristic , combining the space data and attribute information together vividly, function of offering the data to inquire , search , analyze etc. The GIS's advantage in data processing of information system and visual function have offered the data environments and visual ones of the integration for the fact that the mine coal and outstanding prediction of gas are predicted Analyze platform , so based on geographic information system colliery gas outstanding to predict that studies are feasible.This paper has introduced the geographical application in the colliery of information system, has analyzed that the outstanding condition of gas takes place, it determines the outstanding key factor of gas to summarize , and has set up geology , measures , the attribute database in the geographical information system, utilize these data to analyze that draw the gas to stress the characteristic . Gas outstanding to predict, merge and set out from many source data, adopt the integration technology of the tertiary data, grade is merged, characteristic grade is merged and made policy grade is merged for i.e. picture element. Picture element grades of data merge to measure data go on datum choose, data conversion, the course that the error is dealt with obtaining the detection data closer to the actual conditions;Characteristic grade merge, combine detection data that deal with geographical geological data , coal seam information and colliery of information system adopt , work up some inherent parameters of course, analyze, calculate gas outstanding a series of characteristicindex;Grade merges and adopts the expert system to stress to the gas the index is deduced to make policy, determined the result of predicting finally.Predicting the expert system has adopted the determinacy theory to deal with the coal and gas to stress uncertainty deduce the problem while predicting, using the producing type regular way, the domain expert confirms the factor CF of the credibility according to experience, sets up and predicts expert's knowledge base, establish, goes out of colliery gas stress expert system of predicting , and according to the revision credibility factor of the actual conditions in predicting actually, regulates and predicts systematic prediction accuracy. Combining actual conditions of colliery in geographical information system and basing on employ colliery gas monitoring data of monitoring system, adopts outstanding omen hidden danger order, predicts and stresses , occur frequently area predict the method to combine together, structure collect gas monitor , information transmission , analyzes , predicts for integrative visual colliery gas early warning message platform.. Finally, it puts forward the whole system and realizes the scheme and introduces the key technology of realization.
