The biomass energy is one kind of renewable energy, which has a profound significance to build a "resource saving, environmental friendly" society. Therefore it appears important for the biomass pyrolysis equipment's exploitation and using, and the biomass pyrolysis experimental research.This article based on the predecessors' research achievement of the biomass pyrolysis liquefaction equipment, the fluidized bed's(FB) internal component and FB's numerical simulation. Primary content has studied as below:1. In view of the question which often formerly appeared in the biomass pyrolysis liquefaction equipment, it was independently designed a set of biomass pyrolysis liquefaction equipment improved. It contains four parts: Feeding system, FB, Cyclone separation system and Condenser system and so on. It has mainly solved problems through the improved equipment as below: (1) blind arch phenomenon in feeding bucket, feeding pipe jammed and the feeding system leakage; (2) when it makes pyrolysis experiment, the sand grains are easy to be carried out of FB; (3) the cyclone separator separation efficiency is low; (4) the condensation speed is slow and so on.2. Because pressure loss oversized when gas went through distributor in FB, this article studied hole diameter and hole arrangement form in the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) by Fluent software. Through normal simulation experiment, it studied different hole diameter d=0.5mm, d=1mm, d=2mm and different arrangement hole form, which mainly has the square and the equilateral triangle form, and conducted the analysis research to its pressure field and velocity field, finally the result indicated the distributor which is hole diameter d=2mm and hole arrangement form is the equilateral triangle arrangement and also hasn't a hole in its center is the best chosen distributor.3. It takes too many money and time to make biomass pyrolysis liquefaction normal conditional experiment by many people. So in order to solve the problem of big cost and low efficiency, this article uses Fluent software to simulate the CFB normal conditional experiment of Chinese Academy of Science Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion. Under different gas flow rate, it analyses contours and XY curve about solid volume fraction , velocity and pressure on radial and axial line and its surface in different measuring points, above all the results compared with predecessors' theory and Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion's experimental...
