Cocurrent flow of two immiscible liquids such as oil and water in horizontal pipe is a common occurrence in the petroleum industry. At the same time, with the development of horizontal well techniques and the appearance of many horizontal wells in the oil-gas field, the research of the dynamic flow characteristics of oil-water two-phase flow in the horizontal well is more and more regarded by domestic experts and foreign scholars. However, the progress of the investigation of oil-water two-phase flow falls far behind the gas-liquid two-phase flow due to its complicated rheological property. It has become the obstacle of further research of the multiphase flow, multiphase transportation technique and so on. Therefore, the research of rheological property of oil-water two-phase flow and of flow regulation in horizontal well bore has some very important realistic meanings. With oil-water two-phase flow in horizontal wall for research object, several aspects works are done mainly in the thesis.(1) On the base of generalizing the IPR equations of perpendicular well and horizontal well, put forward the integrated and excepted water IPR model and horizontal well IPR model concerning oil-gas-water three-phase flow, and the applying scope of all kinds of models are pointed out. The computing method of inflow performance of the horizontal well is also researched.(2) The flow patterns are identified and classified into two categories: Newtonian flow and non- Newtonian flow base on rheological property of oil-water two-phase flow. And the transition mechanisms between different flow regimes are analyzed and discussed, the criterion for flow pattern transition of stratified flow, dispersed flow and annular flow are obtained by analyzed the analytical solution. Meanwhile, the minus phase phenomenon in the dispersed flow is discussed, the prediction model of the minus phase is set up by the minimum criterion of system total energy.(3) On the base of the oil-water two-phase flow, the pressure drop model of horizontal well bore under the condition of considering the effect of perforation and pipe wall friction is set up. And the main factors such as flowing velocity,pipe diameter and viscosity which affect the pipe wall friction pressure drop, the perforation friction coefficient and perforation roughness pressure drop and the flowing velocity which affect mixed pressure drop are analyzed.(4) The flow in the horizontal well bore and the seepage flow in the reservoir always affect and control each other.
