Daming Lake is located in the center of Jinan city, Shandong Province, China. The lake area is 46 ha.. And the average depth is 2m. The average volume capacity is 830,000 m~3 Daming Lake is one of three key points of interest in Jinan city, Shandong Province. And it is an important sight water of Spring City-Jinan. It is also one of famous tour views and open windows of Jinan City, even Shandong Province. But from Water Resource Quality Annals of China in 2003, it is indicated that water quality of Daming Lake is worse than Grade V. And water eutrophication is very serious. However, until now, the researches are less on water eutrophication of Daming Lake. And there is not any research reference on algae blooms in Daming Lake. This has limited our understanding on water eutrophication mechanism, algae blooming and ecosystem changing of Daming Lake. This study is mainly to explore changing rules of algae blooming under the different conditions combined of TN, TP, TN/TP, temperature and light in Daming Lake trough cultivating water samples:First is the experiment about algae growth of the original lake water under different temperature. From the temperature experiments, it was known that temperature affects phytoplankton growth. And from the relativity of the Chl.a and temperature, it was found that positive correlativity exists but the relativity was not distinct. And the correlation coefficient R~2 is only 0.141 and P is 0.052. And it was known from the changes of the Chl.a and TN, TP concentrations that phytoplankton growth needs fitting temperature and the suited one is the middling temperature.Second is the experiment about algae growth of Daming Lake water under different illumination intensities and nutrients concentrations. From experiments, it...
