Algae-derived load within the health system load is the additional advantage of theproliferation of algae on the water body burden of the added value, may be the measure ofbody burden of water, COD, TN, TP, this study is the first proposed algae derived theconcept of load, analysis to explore its algae-derived calculation of the load test method,that is, within the algae-derived estimate the system load, and on the measure used in theanalysis, screening for indicators.Secondly, the water carried out of China for the simulation of Erhai Lake is dividedinto two parts, laboratory and field simulation, laboratory simulation using domesticsewage as sources of nutrients, the preparation of super-rich from the ultra-poor to nutrientlevels of the five algae culture medium, add green algae, cyanobacteria, three doors of thesix diatom algae (the dominant species and common species of Erhai Lake) in co-cultureexperimental conditions for lake-based artificial environment room set to the optimumgrowth conditions for algae and bacteria and divided into two sterile kinds of conditions toobserve the different levels of growth and succession of algae in water conditions, whilethe indexes were measured. Bo and the local field simulation experiment conducted in situby Erhai Lake, filtered zooplankton, join the local sewage, observe the growth of algae andalgal bloom outbreaks, one month test period.The purpose of research is to explore a new perspective to understand the water loadfrom the place, a deeper understanding of the mechanism of water bloom, for the reductionof water to provide a theoretical basis for the load, and further understanding of Erhai Lakeand the source and type of bloom. Experimental conclusions are as follows:1. This study was prepared sewage algae algal growth medium can provide the necessarynutrients, algal laboratory cultures of algae biomass can be achieved single-10~6/mL, weremixed algal culture experiments the total biomass of algae up to109cell/mL, opened up anew method for algae culture.2. Nitrogen is not suitable as a measure of algae-derived indicators of the load, and totalphosphorus and COD can be a very good response to the load within the concept of algalorigin. Algae used in this study derived the load test method is feasible 3. According to the experimental design of comparative experiments are sterile, thepresence of bacteria can be drawn will affect the relationship between algae and nutrients,so complicated.4. Microcystis aeruginosa suitable for growing in sewage as a nutrient source to havebacteria in water, in the early growth stage to take a competitive advantage, but soon died.Four algal groups in the low nutrient environment, bacteria grow well there, in a sterilenutrient-rich group with a certain super competitive advantage. Algal blooms and the spiralwire bundle Anabaena strain environment were not in a competitive advantage in the lownutrition group could grow under sterile conditions, in the eutrophic groups were rich andsuper fast decline. Nutrition at all levels of simulated natural water, Crescent algae growthand take advantage of all the biomass maximum. Crescent-level algal growth in theultra-oligotrophic to the nutritional level of the twelfth day of the maximum value of2×10~6cell/mL, the maximum biomass level over only a eutrophic of2×10~5cell/mL, for thenutritional level of the minimum, bacteria under a crescent moon that is more suitable foralgae in the growth of low nutrient levels, but the dominant pattern of advantage hasnothing to do with a sterile. Are sterile and nutrient content on the competitive position ofcrescent little effect on algae.5. Field simulation using the constant way to add the local sewage, nutrients from the same,but the experimental non-steady-state experiments, which are random changes in domesticsewage, which contains the nutrient is different. Experiment simulated the end of thedominant species in water by the algal filaments-Wyeth Microcystis-Anabaena bloomsprocess of change, in line with the dominant species in Lake Erhai changes in recent years,and the total nitrogen in water is0.0015to0.21mg/L, total phosphorus values from0.0045to0.0325mg/L, water from the poor-in-the rich process of change has beenreflected.6. According to field experimental results, can confirm that the domestic sewage pollutionErhai water bloom for the main factors, Anabaena bloom will be the future of its mainalgae blooms.
