The rupture of the sucker rod is one of the mostly cause to influence the oil well's repair.It's very important to realize the status of the sucker rod,avoiding or reducing the rupture of the sucker rod.In this thesis,I take out oil pole as object to research the principium and the method which base on the DSP to detect the magnetic flux leakage on-line in the first place. Then put forward a total design project and a mothed to solve the problem.Firstly I design a equipment to acquire the iffy signal which is made up of by everlasting magnetic iron,hall element and amplifier.Then I have study the signal's filter and sample.Secondly I make use of the characteristic information of the DSP(the TMS320F206) to analyse and deal with the sampled signal,and distill the diagnostic signal of the sucker rod.Finally I make use of a nerve network to identify the blemish signal concretely.In this thesisj have completed the basic hardware circuit and the development of software. In addition,I have summarized some regulations in the system design.
