With the more and more serious situation of energy problem, more importance is attached to the fault diagnosis of oil field. Sucker rod is one of important parts of oil extraction course, ones breakage take place, oil field will loss greatly. The fracture of pole and screw thread is the common failure pattern. As in a complex environment, sucker rod is strongly influenced by corrosion of fossil oil, and breakage will take place under the action of alternating stress. More than40%is caused by corrosion pit, and corrosion pit in the detection and life really because the pit corrosion evaluation morphology and formation of the uncertainty of the magnetic leakage field and meet bottleneck. This subject will be from the two aspects of the simulation technology research, this will to sucker rod corrosion pit testing technology to provide theoretical support for the subsequent life, also lay the foundation for the assessment. The subject of the characteristics and its basis pit corrosion test related technology research, summarizes and refining the pit corrosion detection methods. Through the developed by3D coordinate measurement instrument measuring a large pit corrosion, with defects of sucker rod3D defects coordinates, the3D reconstruction, fitting out of the pit corrosion surface outline, and the law, be equivalent to the surface and ANSYS finite element analysis software, a computer simulation of the corrosion defects sucker rod magnetic flux leakage testing application principle of3D finite element analysis. Sums up the field magnetic leakage field size and surface corrosion pit the corresponding relation of various parameters, the mathematical model for the follow-up, the remaining life of assessment to prepare for.
