With the development of high-temperature alley materials , the traditional manufacture can not meet the requirements of enterprises. The application of high-temperature alley is summarized in this thesis . The classification , the characteristic and turning are discussed . According to Casting Nicked-based high-temperature alley K418 ,with orthogonal experiment , the meiin factor of turning is obtained:tool materials and Vc. With analyzing , the best combination of Vc, f and α p is obtained. The different manufacture method are compared in our enterprise . Finally , the economics of new method is analyzed .The research finds:cutting tools CNGG made in STELLRAM Co., Ltd. of swiss are fit to cut K418.It solves the facing difficult problem in our enterprise .At the same time , it summarized the first hand datum for manufacturing the same product.
