The optimum extraction condition was obtained. The optimum parameters were vaporized solvent 60% ethanol, Microwave power 480W, pretreatment time 100s , extracting solvent 75% ethanol , temperature 45℃, extracting time 30min, extracting times 2. The Microwave-pretreatment extraction was compared with the traditional Solid-liquid extraction and Soxhlet extraction.The results indicated that the Microwave-pretreatment extraction is superior to the Solid-liquid extraction and Soxhlet extraction. Compared with the Solid-liquid extraction the yield of the capsaicin extracted by Microwave-pretreatment extraction was increased by 18.3%. And the ratio of liquid to solid was reduced from 10:1 to 6:1, the extracting time was also reduced from 4h to 30min . Compared with the Soxhlet extraction, the yield of the capsaicin was increased by 15.6% and the extracting time was also reduced from 3h to 1h .The dynamics extraction process was also discussed to provided the application foundation and reference for industrialization. The extracts was purified by Silica gel column chromatography. The washing solution was collected and concentrated. At last the light-yellow crystal was gotten by crystallization. It was analyzed by HPLC.
