Fire is one of most serious disasters faced by human being. The fact on location of building fire demonstrate that one of reasons causing casualty is the human error during evacuation. The human behavior and the hurt to people in fire were analyzed. The crowd-flowing specialty of people at safety exit was discussed particularly. The danger critical condition of smoke and radiant heart, and the uncertain factors in begin evacuation time, and the affect factors of people evacuation ability in fire were studied. The danger state time and people safety evacuation time in the library studying-room fire were simulated by people evacuation mathematic model which was founded in the paper. Through contrasting two times, the people safety evacuation status was confirmed. The model which applied to the mine evacuation system simulated the safety evacuation in the mine fire. The result was matched with the fact.The main study content and conclusion:(1)The define, class, specialty, cause and far-flung track of fire was expatiated. The burning triangle and tetrahedron showed the necessary condition of matter burning. The fire development course included initial stages, bloom stages and attenuation stages which was most meaning to fireproofing. It established theory base for fire evacuation.(2)The subjective and impersonal factors which effected safety evacuation were gained by analyzing the body, mind and behavior character. .The impersonal factors included toxicity matter, radiant, heart and using-up oxygen content. The most factors which effected evacuation time consisted the time of fire responding and evacuation, the lamplight evacuating direction system, the emergency illumination system and the hearing direction system.(3)The mathematic model of people safety evacuation time was Tgeneral=Trespond + Tresponse+Ttravel < Tdanger .If Tgeneral-Tdanger < 0, people could get away from the danger area; if Tgeneral-Tdanger > 0, people could not...
