Maleic Dibutyl Hydrogenation Of ¦Ã-butyrolactone, 1,4 - Butanediol Cu-cr Catalyst Preparation

The preparation of Cu-Cr catalyst for hydrogenation of dibutyl maleate to gamma-butyrolactone and butane-1,4-diol is studied. Simultaneously,The reduction behavior of the Cu-Cr catalyst and the optimum reaction conditions are investigated.The Cu-Cr catalyst is prepared by co-precipitation method.The Preparation conditions are verificated.By means of XKD and AES, the composition of Cu-Cr catalyst and the distribution of catalyst surface atoms are obtained.And TG-DTG-DTA simultaneous instrument is performed for thermal analysis of that in static atmosphere of air and in dynamic atmosphere of hydrogen.The reduction kinetic parameter are obtained in terms of Coast-Redfern method.The thermal kinetic analysis of reaction system is made.and under verif icated processing conditions,the total yield of gamme-butyrolactone and butane-1,4-diol may reach 85~95%.
