In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, plenty of industrial waste and the sanitary sewage with high density of ammonia nitrogen pour into water bodies, which caused the drop of water source's quality, eutrophication of water body and serious environmental pollution.with high concentration of NH4+-N, the conventional biological treatment is restrained,and the ammonia-nitrogen index is high, therefore, it is paid more attention to use physical and chemical ways to reduce the ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater.Zeolite has a good selective adsorption ability for NH4+-N.During the experiment,we take the zeolite produced in JinYun county ,Zhejiang province, as an object, make a comparison of several modified methods, choose the best modifying method and condition of zeolite; and study its treatment efect and rules of NH4+ -N in simulative water and actual industrial wastewater using static and dynamic methods,and draw breakthrough curve, investigating such factors as pellet size,initial ammonia concentration and pH etc;Factors that influence the effect of zeolite regeneration has been discussed initially, and make a comparative analysis between the regenerating ways in and out of zeolite column.Through the research, the conclusion can be drawn that: NaCl modification is the best one comparing with other modifications ,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate to wastewater with 96.2mg/L may reach 95.3% by 6% NaCl modified zeolite, which raise by 16.7%. The most suitable concentration of NaCl solution is 6%-10%; The modified zeolite has 28.5mg/g adsorption potential to simulative sample with ammonia nitrogen density of 96.6mg/L.The smaller grain has higher exchange capacity and beter treatment efect, but the zeolite is easy to run of with the efluent and the head loss is greatly increased if the grain is too small; The zeolite has the characteristic of fast adsorption and slow balance to ammonia nitrogen, rate of ammonia nitrogen removal by zeolite reaches 74.5% after 15 miniutes' adsorption, It can obtain a good ammonia-nitrogen removal if control the HRT 15-30minutes in the project; it is reasonable to make pH between 4-8; zeolite has the high adsorption capacity and low removal rate when treats with high density of ammonia-nitrogen waste water,in this case,we can use multistage zeolite column to guarantee effulent water quality.During the dynamic experiment of zeolite adsorption, the ammonia nitrogen density of initial water leakage is low,ammonia-nitrogen removal rate reaches 95% above, with increase of passing water volume, ammonia nitrogen density elevates gradually, filtering...
