It has been brought greai attention on Nitrogen contamination because of excessively using Chemical Fertilizes, which can make different degree pollution for water, atmosphere and soil, also have indirect effect on human being. Comprehensive evaluation about Nitrogen contamination in the region of Yanbian has not been reported, so this thesis determined the content of nitrate and nitrite in the vegetable and groundwater in the region of Yanbian , and made Comprehensive evaluation about the degree of nitrate and nitrite' pollution. We gained the content of the nitrogen in the vegetable with detecting the water from vegetables base under 1 meter, nitrate ,nitrite, total nitrogen and Ammonium Nitrogen from groundwater. The first chapter: IntroductionSummarized the using Chemical Fertilizes in the overseas and China, and the pollution ,introduced the improvement of determination nitrate and nitrite. Advanced the investigated content and the meaning of this thesis.'The second chapter: Builded a method to detect nitrate and nitrite contemporary with ion chromatographic method.Builded a method to detect nitrate and nitrite contemporary with ion chromatographic method. At this Chromatographic conditions, the peak of nitrate and nitrite was separated completely.It had good range of linear in 2~1000 μ g/L å'Œ0.1~ 5 μg/L.The result showed this method had good veracity, reproducibility, and was simple, rapid, sensitive and so on. This method can be used to detect nitrate and nitrite in the groundwater.The third chapter: Analysed the content of nitrate and nitrite in the region of Yanbian.Analysed the content of nitrate and nitrite from 6 sorts and 26 samples in the region of Yanbian. Result showed the pollution of nitrate was severe, especially in vegetables'leaves,the content was 869.48mg/kg.The next was rhizomatic species,cucumis species,bulb vegetablecrops,茄果类å'Œé²œè±†ç±».There was not clear difference in all kinds of vegetables.The highest was rhizomatic species,only was 0.53mg/kg.In the 260 samples, the highest content was pakchoi, was 3585.59mg/kg.The 2.14% was in severe pollution.The qualification rate was 99.98%.The fourth chapter: The pollution of nitrate and nitrite in the groundwater from vegetable base in Yanbian..
