| The synthetic process of triazophos is a typical batch production process, and it is hard to control because of its non-linearity, strong coupling, multivariable and large time-delay. Now the automated productions of triazophos are low in many domestic companies, which result in high labor intensity and low productivity, and many potential economic benefits haven't been obtained without advanced optimization and control techniques. So it is important that the computer control techniques are applied for batch synthetic process of triazophos, which help to improve the quality of triazophos , reduce consumption and increase labor productivity and the safety in production.Each phase characteristic of the process was analyzed thoroughly, and the special production procedure was selected. The reaction conditions were discussed, and the optimized operational conditions were determined. All these scientific bases were provided for the design and realization of the computer control system.Based on the production status and the operating requirement of every phase, the control strategy of the batch synthetic process of triazophos was designed including automatic batching system, analogue control system and sequential control. The auto-control production was realized by the application of the combination of three strategy.According to the statistic of the measuring and controlling points, the instruments selected and the requirements of the control, size and cost, JX-300X distributed control system was adopted. The point and type of input-output were concluded. After selecting corresponding hardware and software for the control station and assisted equipment, the control system had run successfully by configuration and debugging. Computer control system of the batch synthetic process of triazophos had operated safely, steadily and reliably. The performance of control was satisfied with the requirements. It was helpful for avoiding the artificial operation mistakes, lightening the labor intensity, increasing the productivity. The desired results had been achieved with the yield of 1% increased and the purity of 1% improved. |
