| At present, batch chemical reactors are wildly used in fine chemicals, medicine, polymers, biology products and various products with high added value, and it has the wide application perspective in industry. The synthesis reaction of triazophos is a typical batch process.Due to the intrinsic complexity of batch process and the characters of nonlinear, multivariable and large time delay of batch reactors, it becomes a challenge how to control batch reactors effectively. Fortunately, many companies are studying all kinds of advanced control techniques and putting them into practice, in order to reduce the consumption of materials, increase profits and improve the competition capability.Based on the study of the synthesis process of triazophos, the characters of the reactor were analyzed. The control strategies of parameter tracking objects were developed and the structure of computer control system was designed, which improved the extension capabilities of information technique to reform traditional chemical industry. The whole work has higher theory significance and the value of practical application.This paper relates to the analysis of the synthesis process of triazophos and the development of computer control system correspondingly. The main research works in the paper are as follows:(1) Review and summarize the application of advanced control techniques in process of batch reaction.(2) Study the technics in synthesis process of triazophos and optimal operating conditions.(3) Design the control strategy of the batch process and the structure of DCS control system. The system was implemented in synthesis process of triazophos in a chemicals factory. On this base, a improved technics of continuous synthesis process of triazophos was developed. At the same time, the DCS control system was used in practice.(4) Building the model of temperature tracking curve on synthesis process, and study advanced temperature control strategy in order to get better control performances. |
