The application has been common in the modern industry developed country high speed processing in the manufacturing industry.Study the high-speed mill mathematical model of strength, utilize Visual Basic language to carry on programming and verificate this model. According to the studying result this paper has pointed out the deficiency and shortcoming of this model, and reason and improved direction of the model. Carry on model analyze through ANSYS software to milling cutter , study high-speed rigidity characteristic i. e. natural frequency .and shaking type of structure of milling cutter. Result of study mill has important reference value in high speed' s parameter choosen.But, the high speed milling cutting tool on time the high-speed cutting because own rigidity still can have the shudder. The milling cutter' s vibration displacement in milling time is one of the main element which is influent the accuracy of the workpiece. This paper stimulates the milling cutter in milling time to obtain the cures of displacement of the milling tool. Study the cures pictures to gain the result which is the a_p, a_e, f and s influent the vibration of the milling tool. The analysis result regarding has the certain guiding sense in the high speed milling time parameter optimization choice. May avoid the milling cutter having the oversized vibration displacement in the milling processing, and as far as possible reduces the vibration displacement. Enhances the processing work piece the quality. Moreover, obtains through the milling strength experiment separately changing in milling time the cures of machining strength.
