In conjunction with the implementation of the enterprise informationization project of Dasheng Group this article has attached emphasizes on the study of the issue of centralized monitoring and controlling of home-made spinning machines.On the basis of analysis to the status quo of the development of monitoring &controlling of both domestic and overseas textile productions, aiming at the demands of the management and monitoring &controlling of machines equipped in No.2 Spinning workshop of Dasheng Group including the home-made Doubling Frame, Fly Frame and Mule Frame as well as Cone Winding Machine, the article applies the Field CAN BUS technology and Ethernet Technology to establish the system structure of the Production Monitoring & Controlling system of the above said workshop, and has presented the overall design scheme of the system; based on the hard &software platforms including industrial touch screen computer, programmable controller, frequency transducer and industrial configration software, it has conducted the particular design of soft & and system R&D of the Monitoring &Controlling System; and it has completed the joint commissioning and site experiment of the equipment system, the instrumentation system and the controlling system of the textile production Monitoring & controlling.The trial running of the textile production Monitoring & Controlling system of Dasheng Group shows it has realized the real time monitoring, data collection & analysing and the creation of report forms, ensured the veracity and punctuality of data collection of the production site that required by the ERP system of Dasheng Group, achieved incorporation the internal management information of the group and the site control information, and laid a good technological foundation for the successful implementation of ERP system in Dasheng...
