| Currently, the domestic and international knit fabric CAD technique has already had a bigger development, however, there isn't a complete set of software concerning the knitting technology's calculation. The calculation of knitting technology is the first work after the knitting enterprise receive an order, before it begins to produce . The software for calculation of knitting technology can provide a reasonable and scientific plan for the knitting enterprise. It is helpful for enterprises to make a reaction quickly to the order, draw up the weighth of raw material and the number of equipments and the time for production. It adapts a small scale of products, many species, high quality and short time for delivery of goods. This project focuses on the computer-aided calculation of knitting technology and developes a set of software for weft knitting, warp knitting and knitted dress, make up the blank in the field.In the process of doing research, making use of the language of Visual basic and combining the calculation method of the knitting technology, I build up four projects for the technology's calculation of the jersey, plush, interlock, warp knitting, and knitted dress. In the Microsoft Access database system, I established raw material database, the machinery equipment database .etc. Connecting databases with windows, I can inquiry yarn thinness, properties of the raw material, type of machinery equipment. Finally, knowing the weighth and type of the yarns, we can get the amount of production and production time. At the same time, knowing the quantity of production, we can get the weight of yarns and production time.Checked by the fact example in the production, the toleration of software is within 5 percent. It can be seen that the software has good application for fact production. It can not only make the factory react quickly to the order, but also make the professional technical personnel calculate according to the quantity of the product. It can improve the work efficiency and ease the staff member's labor strength and workload, avoid difference between the weighth of yarn bought and quantity of yarns needed. If yarns bought are excessive, it will be piled in the warehouse, influence capital circulation, even make raw material wasted. But the shortage of yarns bought will result in purchasing two times, thus the fabric will appear a difference in color which will influence the product quality because of the yarn batch dissimilarity. So the software can lower production cost, raise the utilization of the raw material and the efficiency in production and product quality. |
