As a branch of knitting, with its excellent efficiency, superior products and huge potential of industry, the warp knitting industry occupies an important position in the textile industry. Particularly, the emergence of the warp knitting fully-fashioned product injects a powerful force into seamless garment industry in China, and warp knitting industry shows a good development prospect.As mechanical-electrical integration and highly intelligent modern knitting equipment, the fully-fashioned warp knitting machine combines with new electronic technology and mechanical design, and realizes production of seamless garment. In China, the movement analysis for fully-fashioned warp knitting machine is still in its early stages, there is still a big gap between home and abroad, because we lack of independent intellectual property rights and key techniques, especially in the knitting machine reliability and stability. There is a long way to develop the fully-fashioned warp knitting machine with high stability and speed.On the basis of existing research, this paper investigated the displacement curve, speed and acceleration, deformation and stress of knitting elements on fully-fashioned warp knitting machine. The displacement movement curve data of knitting element were got by MATLAB, the velocity and acceleration function were derived by using the MATLAB simulation toolbox to fitting the curve. Combined the knitting process of fully-fashioned warp knitting machine, analyzing velocity and acceleration feature of each knitting element in different shaft angle provides reference for rational optimization of speed and acceleration of knitting elements. The following conclusions were obtained by analyzing that the speed of fully-fashioned warp knitting machine can be improved by increasing the start swinging speed and acceleration of guide bar, reducing its swing speed at the end of and traverse speed at start, raising the speed and acceleration of the front needle bed at the initial shaft angle, and decreasing the still time of sinker.By building the finite element model of sinker bed, meshing and loading, ANSYS software was used for dynamic analysis to get deformation and stress distribution of different parts of sinker bed, strengthen shock resistance and anti-strain capacity of these areas in mechanical design, and improve the machine stability.To develop new products, this paper describes the production of knitted seamless garment on double-needle-bed warp knitting machine, and the application of with pattern guide bar. Tulle seamless pantyhose were successfully made through the rational allocation of pattern guide bar position, which promotes application of fully-fashioned warp knitting machine with pattern guide bar.
