The article introduces microstructure evolution and mechanical hardening of three different kind steels during cold rolling.92 ACr steel appears three kinds of deformation that are bent deformation, shear deformation and fine deformation during cold rolling and three different kinds deformation account for different proportion at different reduction. The cementite falls to pieces during cold rolling, but the cementite doesn't decompose and dissolve into ferrite. The Rp0.2 and true strain ε is agree with the relationship of Hollomoon and Rp0.2 can be well predicted by Rp0.2=1465 ε0.18.18-18-0.5N austenitic stainless steel always keeps single-phase during cold rolling. Less than 43.8% reduction, dislocation multiplication is in the highest flight and exceeding 43.8% reduction, dislocation slip, dislocation reciprocity, crystal broken and twining is in the highest flight. For the different crystal orientation, the different crystal has different degree deformation and results in different mechanical hardening. Less than 43.8% reduction, The Rp0.2 and true strain ε is agree with the relationship of lnRp0.2=7.25467+0.33791ne; exceeding 43.8% reduction, the Rp0.2 and true strain ε is agree with the relationship of lnRp0.2=7.19691+0.22481ne.The appearing of inflexion is the result that deformation way is different in different reduction.AF1410 steel achieves all martensite by cold treatment. Deformation induce phase transformation wasn't found during cold rolling. At low deformation, dislocation multiplication and configuration changing is in the highest flight and at large deformation, inhomogeneous deformation and twining appear to alleviate stress dislocation accumulation. A lot of shear band resulted in low elongation. Exceeding 29.3%, the Rp0.2 and true strain ε is agree with the line relationship and n is equal to 0.17 and less than 29.3%,the n is less than 0.17.
