Along with the opening-up of the medical market after our nation entering the WTO and the furious competition in the field of medical distribution, the role which the human resource management plays in marketing competition becomes more and more important, and its position in enterprise management as well. The core component of human resource management is performance management which is the key lies in how to attract and reserve talented people, inspire the work enthusiasm of employees, and improve the enterprise' s competency. Nowadays, the medical distribution enterprises are often small in scale though large in quantity and the performance management system is not well-established. Under such circumstances, the author designs a performance management system for Luyao Group, which is her work unit, according to the group' s character. In this thesis, Luyao Group' s departments' and personnel performance management are analyzed, and some excellent domestic and foreign performance management experiences are used. The author believes that the system will improve the Luyao Group' s human resource management and other management activities, then will help the enterprise to acquire competitive advantages to achieve the development strategy. This thesis also has concluded the common rules of performance management, which could provide some reference for other medical distribution enterprises.With the methods of positive analysis and comparative analysis, this thesis puts the theory into practice, and at the same time testifies the scientific character of the system by comparing the results in order to make the system adjustable.Conclusion: Although the competitive situation of our national medical distribution industry is severe, the market foreground is great.
