The current international economic environment is relatively poor,the competition between enterprises is fierce,enterprises gradually upgrade the problems encountered in the development of the difficulty,and the management of human resources in the enterprise competition ability to become an important link,improve enterprise's overall strength and an important means of improving the capacity of human resources management is the rational and scientific performance appraisal.Employees are the most basic elements in the enterprise structure.The enthusiasm of employees in work can stimulate the development potential of the whole enterprise,while a reasonable performance appraisal method can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees in work,improve the overall performance of the enterprise,and finally achieve high-speed development.In recent years,as domestic enterprises attach more and more importance to performance appraisal,the management level of employees' performance appraisal is also improving at a high speed.However,the rapid development of performance appraisal has also resulted in a series of problems,and how to establish a reasonable performance appraisal program has become our primary focus.In the implementation process,we should correct the problems found in time and accelerate the establishment of the most suitable performance appraisal program for our own enterprises.There are two main writing methods used in this paper.One is the literature research method at home and abroad;the other is the confirmation method of questionnaire survey.By using the above two methods to study SC Petroleum Company,the main research contents are as follows: First,the research background of this paper is introduced,the research significance of this paper is clarified,and the research methods are finally determined through the in-depth study of the research status at home and abroad and various theoretical concepts;Secondly,I have an in-depth understanding of SC Petroleum Company and evaluate the current performance appraisal program for grass-roots employees.Again,through the way of questionnaire survey analysis,through the analysis of the results of the existing problems and the causes of the problem,the content of the problem: the performance appraisal method is not reasonable;The performance appraisal index and weight are unreasonable;The performance appraisal process has defects;The use frequency of feedback and appeal mechanism of performance appraisal scheme is low;The assessment results are not properly used.The reasons for the problems are as follows: the performance appraisal index and weight setting are not scientific;The purpose of evaluation is not clear;The performance appraisal foundation of enterprise managers is weak;The significance of performance appraisal is not clear;Lack of attention to the feedback link;By clarifying the improvement objectives,design principles and ideas of the performance appraisal scheme,the performance appraisal scheme of SC Petroleum Company's grass-root employees was improved and designed based on the 360-degree appraisal method.After that,the implementation of the scheme is guaranteed from four aspects.Finally,the whole paper is summarized,and the deficiencies of the paper are analyzed.Therefore,this article is the theory basis of the concept and method of performance management,through the way of theory combined with the actual study of SC company,investigate the actual situation of SC company performance evaluation scheme,after find out at present,the company existing problems in performance management,analyzes problems reasons,determine the key factors of optimization,Make reasonable and scientific performance appraisal optimization plan according to the above factors.
