The Powdery Material Making-Grain Equipment is an important equipment, which is used to become ball in the industries of chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, and environmental protection. This equipment needs to meet the need of the products in the aspects of sphericity, intensity, superficial evenness, particle size uniformity, single output and so on. The making grain equipment to become ball by condensing is mainly the Becoming-ball Tray and the Becoming-ball Canister, but they also have some shortcomings and the insufficiency, that is, they hardly meet the need of technology, quality, productivity can and so on the aspect requests, which is an universal problem. So the development of the research to the new becoming-ball equipment is an important subject to solve urgently.This article develops the theory of bidirectional becoming a ball, on the base of which it also makes an analysis of the corresponding functional structure and it is the summary and the exploration of the theory and the equipment of becoming a ball through a lot of experiences. The Bidirectional Becoming-ball Theory is: The powdery material rolls in the revolving grain tube of multi-layer and then rolls to a ball under the function of the revolving tube body after the mixing of the atomized cementing agent (e.g. water). Under the function of the special structure - bidirectional circulation, the material fulfills the bidirectional closed circuit in the nodulizer, and after the separation of sizers is made into different particle size material balls. The big aggregate balls pass through the entire grain to overflow and become products, the small particle size material balls and the powdery material return to the Becoming-ball Canister to continue the ball.
