The paper investigate the effect of suitable desurfur reagent and corresponding technics for desurfuric extent in propene.We find that the combined effect of 851COS hydrolytic desulfuric reagent and T309 ZnO desulfuric reagent can meet the need of desulfur that the equipment should have .Water and arsenic in the material affect the performance of desurfuric reagent above.When the content of water and arsenic become high, the probability of the content of sulfur in refined propene above criterion is creaming. Improvements to technics,like enhancing the extent of water-removed in material and adjusting the content of arsenic between pots to ake it average,make the content of sulfur in the refined procedure up to snuff. According to the analytic results of the content of oxygen in material, we find that the effect of oxygen for desulfuric reagent is not big in actual technics,but after improvements,the result of oxygen-removed in refined process is better.Analyzing the characteric results of the used ZnO desulfuric reagent,we find that some Cl-ion and Cu-ion deposit on the surface of ZnO desulfuric reagent, in addition,some diminution of Ca and carbon deposition appear.
