Magnetically Stabilized Fluidized Bed Dry Coal Preparation Research And Equipment Development

As an important method of dry coal seperation, Air-dense medium fluidized bed has the advantages of pollute smalls doesn't use water and cost low than wet seperation technology, but there some thortcomings in its product use, for example: ① the stable area narrow,spirit bubble is easy born.② Air-dense medium fluidized bed seperation granularity range narrow,can't separate complete grade coal efficiency. So,discuss how to mend this kind of method,widen its seperation range,enhance its stability have important significance.In this thesis ,some theories result of the research had done by predecessors had been put forwarded. a great equipment had been factured based on these theories. In the process of tailoring this equipment,librate and magnetic field had been introduced in at the same time,and use the parallel connection magnetic system design method,preferably solve the problem of magnetic field cann't be used in great equipment. put forward the viewpoint of the magnetic stabilized beds can efficiently restrain the spirit bubble,advanced the mathematics model. Some condition experiments for instance: librate frequency experiment, librate power experiment ,bed obliquity experiment, density experiment and so on had been done. The better condition had been conformed-librate frequency at 18HZ, librate power atbed landscape orientation obliquity at 3.5°, bed portrait obliquity at -1.5°can get better seperation index. The bed obliquity and separate density can be adjusted in allusion to the vary of coal. through the comparision of experiments,the kind of coal that can make better use of the equipment had been found, at the same time,the introduce of electric field has widen out the separate range of the magnetic stabilized beds in effect.On the base of the research had done by predecessors, a great dry separate equipment had been factured. Combine the experiment phenomina and experiment course, the viewpoint of magnetic flux lines lead is the root reason of the magnetic stabilized beds restrain the emergence of spirit bubble in effect. Our research present a valuable reference for the further research and facture of great facility.
