Recently, most of oilfields have stepped into high-aquifer stage in our country. Owing to the presence of anisotropy strata, the quantity of water rising year after year, oil production depress year after year. Oil well exclusion of water and injection well injection profile controlling has been the important measure of enhancing recovery of crude oil. More and more extensive attention is paid to the technology using additive to implement deep profile control and displacement. According to very high water stratum of Gudao Oilfiled, this paper mainly develops the deep water off agent. It likes liquid film type and is micro-capsule.Because the traditional waterglass water plugging agent gels quickly and has low gelling strength, this paper main researches the gel and nonselective waterglass water shutoff agent, which is composed of waterglass as principal ingredient, activator, covered agent and complex as accessory ingredient. When using it, make waterglass and reaction liquid mix firstly on the ground, and then pump them into the plugging stratum. They will react and formation insoluble hydration silicate binder there. So it can plug the oil well.By many experiments, filter the component and the concentration of activator, covered agent and complex. In the course of experiment, using primarily the gelling period and gel strength evaluate characteristic of water shutoff agent. Finally, the best dispensation of BL system water shutoff agent has been ascertained, which meets using required. As follows: 10%~15% waterglass, 2%~4% activator, 0.5%~1.2%0 covered agent and 0.6%~0.7% complex. After ascertaing the best dispensation of BL system water shutoff agent, the physical properties and chemical properties of water shutoff agent have been evaluated. By monitoring the pressure changes during the experiment, evaluate the break-through pressure, coefficient of residual resistance and built up rate. The result of duplex tube core plugging experiment shows that the micro-capsule shutoff agent enters high infiltrative stratum priority, and has good split-flow ability, plugging performance. The flat glass plate model tells that after the water agent entering the model and plugging, the fluid-flow turns and the spread capacity of the core increases. By researching the changing feature and heterogeneous degree of the Gudao Oilfiled stratum, anglicizing the manufacturing status of the high containing-water oil well and the reason of yielding water, BL system water shutoff agent is used to block water of Gudao Oilfiled, the results of operation show that the system succeed in increasing the oil and depressing the water and more economic benefit is brought.At the same time, the gelling and blocking mechanism of BL system water shutoff agent is studied. It is believed that covered agent and complex play the important roles in prolonging gelling period and increasing gelling strength. The blocking mechanism of the water shutoff agent is the filling plugging mechanism and the absorption mechanism.
