With the development of economy and technology, the potential risk of fire disaster is increasing for the application of new material and new technology. It is more difficult to extinguish fire in the tall buildings and industrial factories around, therefore how to detect the fire in advance and extinguish the fire in time is a critical issue.Based on some characteristics of the fire flame, ZJM-6 Ultraviolet Fire Detector was researched, which is developed with the characteristics of high sensitivity, quick response, high reliability and little error information comparing to the traditional flame detector. A wireless ultraviolet detector system is got into reality in this design by combining the technology of ZJM-6Ultraviolet Fire Detector and wireless network technology. Comparing with the wire network technology, the wireless network technology has some advantages such as building up network smart, fixing conveniently and low cost.This system has broadly applicable prospect and can be widely used for the fire detecting of tall buildings and industrial factories.A brief introduction of ZJM-6 Ultraviolet Fire Detector is presented in this paper firstly; then, the theory of the Ultraviolet Fire Detection and the characteristic of the dispatch signal of the detector is analyzed, and a solution of the wireless Ultraviolet fire detecting system is put forward through the research of the wireless receive and dispatch RF chip nRF9E5 based on the theories, and the design of all hardware components and the software is introduced in detail; lastly, the hardware, software and system's debugging ways and results of ZJM-6 Ultraviolet Fire Detector is introduced.The works are included as follows in order to increase the capabilities of the system.(1) Management of the high frequency signal of the flame Detector. This design achieved the solution of counting the high frequency signal with a CPLD chip in the hardware design, which is configured by the Verilog-HDL language. This management resolves the problem of high frequency for ordinary single chip, and makes the system more rapidly responds other signals, so that increases the speed of system.(2) In the design of the software, the communication protocol in wireless transducer technology and channel connection technology is researched. The communication protocol with strong extension and high reliability is applied and was checked many times in the process of system respond, which makes the operation of the system is very reliable. The system gets more stable by adopting FHSS with strong anti-jamming and agility in the communication of point to point.(3) According to staid network topo structure of wireless fire detector system, a classificate protocol based on Flooding protocol is put forward. This protocol can meet the requirement of transmiting fastly and stability of the system. The application of this Protocol can decrease the misinformation rate, and increased the network efficiencyAfter the application mentioned above, a steady, speedy and low consumption wireless Ultraviolet fire warning system is designed, which has high applicable value in the field of fire warning.
