The technology for making composite wave penetrating lid is discussed in this paper which is composed of the following four parts: the material design, the structure design, the technology design and its analysis with software of Ansys.The structure of the lid is designed according to the wave penetrating theory and is optimized by using finite element method. The material design is based on the electronic property, heat resistance property, easy molding property and the newly development state of high quality polymers. The strength and electronic properties of the reinforce are emphasized when it is chosen. All those work is verified by material tests. RTM is improved when it is used under the condition of making this chick productions. Ansys analysis have emphasis on heat analysis of drilling at the exit of.
