According to the principle of the joints of surface dynamics modeling equivalent, in the constrained direction of the joint surface is by the four-group spring and damper replace joint stiffness and damping, Using ANSYS the optimization module, to identify the joint surfaces equivalent parameters. This method is based on the modal frequencies by dynamic experiment in the equipment, then using ANSYS COMBIN14 element,SOLID45 element for parametric modeling. the stiffness and damping coefficients of COMBIN14 element are design variables, the modal frequency by Modal analysis are state variables, to analyze the modal frequencies and modal frequency by experiment as the optimization objective function, using ANSYS optimization design module, calculating the stiffness and damping coefficients of the COMBIN14 element. That is joint parameters. This method is a combination of theoretical modeling calculation and dynamic experiment with the conjunction of the parameter identification method, filling the traditional separate dynamic experimental methods and theoretical calculations methods, the criteria for recognition as a modal frequencies, simplify the complexity of dynamic experimental procedures used by the optimization ANYSYS optimization module, Theoretical calculation made more simple. The use of virtual test equipment, reducing the traditional experimental error.Basing on identifying with joints equivalent kinetic parameters, studying the joint of the dynamic characteristics of components, mainly studing on the joints that affected. the various components of modal frequencies,Namely, the stiffness and damping of joint impact on component modal frequency, Acquiring influence curve, The results show that increasing the stiffness of the joint of the components have improved or reduced modal frequencies, But damping always reduces modal frequency components, and reducing significantly the vibration modal shape of component.In addition to considering the impact of the joint,analysis CNC milling machine, we can see the weak links, this improve the dynamic characteristics of CNC milling machine and milling design quality, the reference methods to dynamics analysis for CNC Milling Machine and optimization design...
