| In the process of researching clean energy sources, hydrogen is thought a perfect future energy source because it has a lot of advantages , such as abundant reserves, high caloric, combustion-pureness and so on .There are many methods for producing hydrogen, and the best is fermentative hydrogen production. Because of its high efficiency of hydrogen production, stabilization and stability, simple equipments, easy manipulation, and raw material for it is rich and cheap. Even it can product hydrogen when organic sewage is dealt with ,so it is consi-dered the best with extensive foreground.several main nodi has not been resolved in Microbial fermentative hydrogen production, because of it's long domestication time and strict controlling conditions of experiment, furthermore, it is short of certain domestication parameter. Therefore, judging by anaerobic pretreatment technique and control conditions , combining microbiology theory, we filtrate a few pretreatment methods of anaerobic sludge, and comparing with the effects of hydrogen production ability by different pretreatment methods in batch tests ,we can choose the best method by which treatment effect and ascertain the control parameter of pretreatment methods by effective experiments, and advance the ability of mixed microbial fermentative hydrogen production.Activated sludge from the thickener in a sewage treatment plant is studied. In this experiment, five methods of sludge pretreatment had been compared and the controls parameter for pretreatment had been confirmed. Then observing the effect from the sludge pretreatment for the ability of sludge fermentative hydrogen production by orthogonal tests, and the conclusions as follow:1 The acid treatment, alkali treatment and heat treatment are feasible methods in hydrogen producing stain predisposing, but the ultraviolet radiation treatment and cold treatment are not.2 There are different treatments' control parameter: First, the best time of acid treatment is 1.5h, and the best of pH is 3; Second , the best time of alkali treatment is 1.5h, and the best of pH is 11; Third, the best time of heat treatment is 30s, and the best of temperature is 80℃, moreover, different heat treatments have less influence for sludge hydrogen production.3 The limited factors of hydrogen production of sludge by heat treatment is temperature, but the process of alkali treatment and heat treatment are limited by the initial pH .4 When concentration of the substrates binding is 9.0g/L, the initial pH is 7, alkalinity is 5.0g/L and the temperature of the reaction is 30℃, hydrogen production of sludge by acid treatment is the highest. The ratio accumulation hydrogen production is 241.53mL/g, and the ratio hydrogen production velocity is21.38 mL/g·h after20h.5 When concentration of the substrates binding is 9.0g/L, the initial pH is 9, alkalinity is 1.0g/L and the temperature of the reaction is 30℃, hydrogen production of sludge by alkali treatment is the highest. The ratio accumulation hydrogen production is 215.57mL/g, and the ratio hydrogen production velocity is23.38mL/g·h after 25h.6 When concentration of the substrates binding is 9.0g/L, the initial pH is 7, alkalinity is 1.0g/L and the temperature of the reaction is 30℃, hydrogen production of sludge by heat treatment is the highest. The ratio accumulation hydrogen production is 446.56mL/g, and the ratio hydrogen production velocity is 30.37mL/g·h after21h.7 The heat treatment for sludge is the best method in this experiment, and the highest hydrogen production is 446.56 mL/g.At present, the highest hydrogen production is 408mL/g-sugar in the same research field in our country. And the result in this paper is higher than it. |
