Cement Batching Automation Systems Developed

The material blending and pulverization system is an important factor in concreteproduction, the quality of the material blending and pulverization system is very importantto the subsequent production.To solve the automation, this paper makes a whole technical analysis and discussion;According to the real working environment, we build a control system using industrialcomputer based on PC bus as the center of control system. Also, we use the balance,high-precision data input card and output card,transducer,alternating current-electromotor.We use PID control to solve the imprecise of feedback; With the hard workingenvironment of this system, we bring forward the way to solve hardware interruption,software interruption and PCB interruption. The system runs under Windows2000 and theprogramming tool is Visual Basic 6.0.This system saved the cost because it realizedmulti-control with a single computer and has been actualized in BaoTou MingFengConcrete Factory.It has been proved that this system has such advantages: easy to use and steady-going.This system is not only applied to concrete production but also has reference to themeasure and control of metallurgy production, chemical production, commissariatproduction and so on.
