Since the conductive aerosol requires lightweight and good conduct electricity, Conductive Composite Polymer Micro-particles are synthesized though different ways which respectively take the polystyrene, the polystyrene/acrylic acid and the polystyrene/methacrylic acid as the nucleus, and the cobalt, the nickel, the silver as the shell. The study includes the following six aspects.1 The crafts of the polystyrene micro-particles which are prepared though dispersion polymerization have an effect on the particles' size, appearance and the distribution. After discussing the crafts of the above the best craft condition of the preparation of the polystyrene micro-particles is obtained.2 The preparation of polystyrene micro-particles modified by methacrylic acid is introduced though suspension polymerization and dispersion polymerization. The effect of modification techniques on modification results is discussed and the modification particles are characterized in this paper. In dispersion polymerization, the size of particles increases with the increasing of the percent of MAA.When the quality percent of MAA is changed between 1%~5%, monodisperse copolymer particles can be obtained. As the solubility parameter of dispersion medium increases, the size of particles decreases. When the dosage of PVP is increased, the size of particles decreases. As the reaction temperature enhances, the particle size changes in a big way, the distribution of size broadens. In suspension polymerization, electrolyte, dispersant and assistant dispersant, the amount of MMA and the dosage of initiators affect the size of particles. The joining of NaCl can prevent the production of less microparticles with compound assistant dispersant and get the better result than the sole dispersant. As the amount of MAA increases, the size of particles also increases and the particle distribution broadens.When the dosage of initiators increases, the average size increases.3 The preparation of polystyrene Micro-particles modified by acrylic acid is introduced. Soap-free polymerization and suspension polymerization are used. In Soap-free polymerization, the best craft condition of the preparation of the modified Ps Micro-particles is obtained though the research of modified craft. In suspension polymerization, the particle size of the modified micro-particles is reduced by the application of the compound surface active agent. The joining of electrolyte NaCl can prevent the production of less microparticles.4 The PS/MAA as core and Co as shell conductive composite Micro-particles is preparaed by UV irradiation. The surface active agent, metal ion concentration and stirs times have a remarkable influence on the coated effect. The shape of surface of product is changed from flake to rod and to globular at last. This has been effectted by the amount of the surface active agent. The effect of the compound surface active agent is better than the sole surface active agent's. As the diluter of the metal ion concentration, the shorter of the reaction time. The more the times of stirring, the better the coated effect is.5 The PS/MAA as core and Ni as shell conductive coposite Micro-particles are preparaed by UV irradiation, Chemical deposition and Electrolyses. The crafts of the different preparation methods which influence the coated effect are discussed.In UV irradiation, the type and the amount of the surface active agent affected the coated effect. The preparation conditions and dosage of the copolymerization particles which affect the coated effect are discussed in chemical deposition. The reaction medium and surface active agent which influence the coated effect are referred in Electrolyses. In this paper, after comparing the coated effect of before sensitization with after sensitization, the coated effect of after sensitization is better than before sensitization can be obtained. After comparing the coated effect of before drying with after drying, the coated effect of after drying is better than before drying can also be obtained.6 The PS/MAA as core and Ag as shell conductive composite Micro-particles is preparaed by Equipment. After discuss the dosage of TEA and the quality ratio of AgNO3 and the microparticles after sensitization and the reaction temperature, the best craft conditions can be obtained.
