The research and application of Gemini quaternary ammonium salt surfactants wereanalyzed. And the train of researchful route was put forward as follows:Chose primary amine and epoxy chloropropane to do synthetic reaction, obtained themidbody having double-chlorine substituent. Then the midibody reacted withlong-carbochain alkyl tertiary amine and naphthyridine respectively, got six types ofGemini surfactants. The products' structure was indicated with the help of IR and NMR,and their thermal stability were analyzed. Products have good thermal stability anddecomposition temperature above 200℃; Selected lauryl amine as a case, then optimizedthe synthesis conditions by orthometric trial, and obtained the best synthesis technichs: themolar ratio of 1: 2.1, the reaction temperature was controlled at 80℃and the reaction timeof 16 h, reaction to the solvent n-propanol. In optimum conditions of the samples obtainedby vacuum distillation, extraction, drying measured response rates of 80%.Determined the product's surface tension using staionary rings method. Madevariation curve composed of CMC (critical micelle consistency) andγcmc (surface tension).Arrived at various Gemini surfactants cmc and lowestγcmc compared with traditionalsurfactants. With the traditional single-quaternary ammonium surfactants for comparison,the results show synthetic pharmaceutical is better surfactant; plating method of synthesisof the six Gemini quaternary ammonium surfactants bactericidal properties ofdetermination and with the traditional 1227 fungicides do a comparative analysis Theresults show the synthesis of pharmaceutical bactericidal properties better than most of1227.
