The rotational moulding technology of liquid resin is discussed in this paper which is composed of the following five parts: the study on the roto-moulding of the continual textile fiber enhancement liquid resin, the study on high speed rotational moulding technology, the rotational foaming moulding , teoretical analysis and cmputer simulation.In order to the rotational moulding technology to use in to take shape thecontinual textile fiber enhancement liquid state reactivity polymercompound material to carry on the exploration.The rotational moulding technology of the continual textile fiber enhancement liquid resin main research the formation mechanism of air bubble. High speed rotational moulding is revolves the tradition rotational moulding with the gentrifugalism unifies. High speed rotational moulding may reduce in the product the air bubble quantity, the rotational moulding gain new development space. The rotationalFoaming moulding process is studied,which inherits the features of traditional rotational moulding and has particular points. Finally this paper carries on the theoretical analysis and the computersimulation to the product flaw.
