Injection forming and stamping forming plays an important role in the manufacturing business. By estimate, product of injection forming accounts for about one third of the total output of plastic produced by moulding, and injection mould accounts for more than a half of plastic formed mould, and blanking die account for about 50% of the gross product of the die industry, therefore, the importance of the injection moulding and blanking die is obvious to see. Now, the traditional way of die designing and manufacture can hardly meet the need of the modern production. In order to win the competition, occupy market and for the sake of persistent development, the industries have to change traditional manufacturing means. Introducing new techniques and information technology into this field correspond with the current.With the increasing development of the computer technology today, it is an inevitable trend to employ the computer into die designing and manufacture. The main content and products in this paper are described as follows:1. It is formulized that the technical feature of the mould CAD/CAM/CAE system and the application of advanced manufacture pattern in the mould domain, in this paper. According to international, domestic present study status and development trend, a new method of mould design-aided based on computer application technology is come through.2. In order to find the way to intelligentize the process of injection forming and blanking die designing, this article mainly discusses injection forming, and four common types of forming: blanking, bending, deep drawing and other forming.3. The paper analyzes the whole system and figures out its frame on the basis of the fundamental knowledge of blanking die designing, Delphi is chosen to be the programming language and SQLserver2000 to be the tool of building the database. The key technologies which included both Delphi and SQLserver2000 are discussed in details. 4. After analyzing of the system's whole framework, the functions are designed and the modules are divided. Based on the analysis of the entities and relation of them in course of design of cupola charging, information model of this system is established. According to the model, corresponding database form is designed.5. Several modules are designed by the employment of Delphi, they are logging module, injection moulding design module, and blanking die design module. And gives the introduction of the designing methods and some notices, makes a research on the design of the management of the information and check of the products, and parameter report forms' printing.6. With the parameter table and the introducing part of main design framework, which is necessary in the designing process and can be found in the database of network SQLserver2000.7. During the process of designing, it's very convenient for the users to amplify or add some content to promote the parameter form, which in turn makes the software even more complete, adequately utilizes the knowledge and experience to design. It is a very important approach for advancing the intelligence and speeding the period of engineering design.
