There is a trend around the world for cement industry to dispose urban pollutant by means of cement rotary kiln. In the paper, on the base of contrast existing waste treating means, in the laboratory we try to feed proportioning and calcine ecological cement clinkers , and discuss some problems about disposing the sludge from sewage disposal plant in cement rotary kiln.In this paper, in order to analyse the influnce to cement buning act after adding sludge to calcine clinkers, make experiments such as sintering character of raw, X-ray diffraction analysis and lithofacies analysis of clinkers .The topography analysis of the hydration of cement by the means of SEM and cement motor strength experiment are made to discuss the effects on cement hydration and solidification process and cement strength . By the means of atomic absorption method the incorporation ratio of heavy metals in clinkers experiment is made. After correlative theroy analysis,we have some conclusions :With the sludge addition in cement raw material, sintering character of raw have improvement at some degree. The formation temperture of main mineral in the ecological cement have a reducing trend. Every clinker mineral grows well, the structure is clear. The kind of minerals in clinker is similar to clinker produced under normal industrial production.It doesn't raise the degree of difficulty for calcining clinkers and reduce cement strength after adding some sludge, but it acts as an accelerator, the result is that that cement strength is as good as 42.5~# cement. At the same time its hydration production grows well, it can tell us that we can product passing cement under simulation condition in lab.The incorporation ratio of heavy metals in lab is :Cu 89.3%; Zn 88.0 %; Pb 90.1%; Cr 93.9%The incorporation ratio of heavy metals in hydration production of 28 days is higher than using other solidification methods.
