Study On Sewage Sludge Treatment By Calcination Equipment Of Cement Plant And Further Comprehensive Utilization

Sewage sludge treatmented by calcination equipment of cement plants can not only decompose and solidify toxic in sludge which can achieve toxic-free sludge, but also, the energy from the burning of sludge can achieve comprehensive utilization of resources. In this paper, the sludge was treated by cement kiln, and the results were studied. By analysing the characters of sludge adulterated cement, study such as chemical composition of cement clinker, mineral composition, compressive strength, rupture strength, etc., the following conclusions were learned:All of the parameters of the cement, which was produced by the sludge from FAW Car Co. Ltd., can fulfill the Common portland cement (GB175-2007). The flue gas can fulfill the Emission standard of air pollutants for cement industry (GB4915-2004).The content of the heavy metals which in the cement clinker fulfill the Pollution control standard for the hazardous wastes incineration (GB18484-2001) as well.From the research we can know that it is an effective method to making the sludge toxic-free and reduce by treatmented in calcination equipment of cement plants, which also can offer a theoretical foundation and application basis.
