Titania has good photoelectricity,light sensation,gas sensation and pressure sensation. It has been a hot spot at photocatalyzing degradation of pollutants,sensors and other important applications. Titania porous film has greater specific surface area and higher adsorption capacity compared with other types of titania. Its application prospect should be worth the wait.In this paper, titania porous film was prepared by electrolytic anodizing. When anode material was titanium, we studied the effect of electrolysis voltage, anodizing time and electrolyte in preparing porous film. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron scanning microscope (SEM) were used to characterize the titania porous film . Based on experiments and oxidation mechanism, we found that the electrolysis voltage and electrolyte played decisive role. In this condition, 10 voltage of electrolysis,20 minutes of anodizing time and 0.8% of hydrofluoric acid, We could prepar the arranged titania porous film. It has 100~150nm aperture ,20-30 nm thickness, and there is 3.6×10~9 tube per square centimeter. .In order to save cost, the multi-arc ion technology was used to prepare a titanium film on conductive glass. With the titanium film was amorphous ,we annealed the sample ,of which crystallization point is 130℃through the thermograhy. We found the nano material has greater activity than the bulk material. In this condition, 10 voltage of electrolysis,20 minutes of anodizing time and 0.5% of hydrofluoric acid, we could prepare the titania porous film...
