In this paper, the 13 commonly used Inorganic Nanometer Materials (Organic montmorillonite, talcum powder, calcined kaolin, erbium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, wollastonite powder, gadolinium oxide, neodymium oxide, samarium oxide, calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide) and MC nylon are first selected to prepare the compound materials. After the experiment, it is found that all the materials, except the silicon dioxide, can be used to prepare compound materials with the MC nylon. And montmorillonite and MC nylon are finally defined to be the main object of study through comparing its performance and the polymerization time; Next, the montmorillonite and the MC nylon compound materials are prepared using the identical formula after the four different technical processes have further established. And the best technical process is determined by comparing its different performance and Craft feasibility; Finally, the experimental formula of the MC nylon/Montmorillonite nanocomposites are studied by using the orthogonal testing method, which the mechanics and heat-resisting performance of the compound materials are tested, and on which the influence of the organic montmorillonite (OMMT),catalyst (NaOH) and promoter (TDI) compound materials is also analysed. The result indicated: OMMT has hindering effect to the polyreaction, and adding more NaOH in the system can only make the response to carry on completely; In this system, little (1-2) OMMT may enhance the mechanical strengths degree of hardness and the Uygur card softening point of the compound materials, but meanwhile reduce the gap impact intensity of the material; while the performance will reduce with the addition of OMMT. In the experimental scope, increasing the amount of the NaOH is helped to complete the poly-reaction and enhance the compound material's performance, but the impact intensity is reduced; Increasing the TDI amount suitably may enhance the mechanic performance and the thermal deformation temperature of compound materials. When the TDI amount surpasses 0.45, the performance of compound materials show the decreasing tendency except the impact intensity; The optimistic experimental formula is obtained after the experimental results are analyzed with the synthetical weighted mark method: Caprolactam 100 (mass rations, similarly hereinafter), OMMT 1.5, NaOH 0.25, TDI 0.45; The SEM picture of the composites demonstrated that OMMT is exfoliated as flakes in the nanometer level, dispersing even with reunion phenomenon sometimes.The research on the MC nylon compound materials prepares to popularize emphatically in the axle bush and the slide of sugar press. The earlier batch of sample products have been transported to several sugar refineries in Yunnan Province for test, and the results are quite ideal. Therefore, this research has a quite optimistic prospect.
