With the facts that the hot-dip galvanizing industry continues to develop, the hot-dip galvanizing dregs output increases unceasingly and the zinc resources reduces constantly, the problem of the hot-dip galvanizing dregs regenerative recovery has became the focus of the industry circle, the tradition method of the zinc dregs recovery was to use galvanizing dregs to make zinc ingot metal first, then useing the zinc ingot metal to prepare the zinc powders. Therefore, this article has put forward the concept that using hot-dip galvanizing dregs to prepare zinc powders directly; Formulate reasonable experiment craft route which according to the physicochemical characteristics of zinc that near the melting point the vapor pressure of hot-dip galvanizing will change exponential. According to technology theoretical design the appropriate disposed hot-dip galvanizing dregs stove; Uses the independent design processing stove which in order to recycle the hot-dip galvanizing dregs to launch following experimental study: Design the stove overall construction (including: melting furnace, liquation hearth, evaporator furnace and condenser); Dispose of the hot-dip galvanizing dregs with self-made test equipment which based on the characteristics of zinc and zinc ferroalloy to prepare the zinc powders; Test and analysis the preparation of zinc powders with scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectra and other modern means, contrast with the mechanical plating special-purpose zinc powders; Determined whether it can be used in the mechanical plating craft; using the metal zinc powders which has been made in mechanical plating if it can achieve the request. Through the actual experiment, we have obtained satisfactory result.The specific contents and the main results were as follows:1,Accord to the fundamental research analysis and used the characteristics that zinc vapor tension nearby its melting point will dramatic increase, we proposed the hot-dip galvanizing dregs evaporated-condensation method preparation metal zinc powders craft。2,Through test, adopt zinc vapour pressure to evaporate and refine the hot-dip galvanizing dregs to prepare the zinc powders directly was certificated; confirmed the evaporation-condensation method depurated hot-dip galvanizing dregs and used it to prepare zinc powders was feasible;3,Through the theoretical calculation of test equipment and actual production verification, the test equipment of design production can satisfy test requirement completely. Which can get higher recovery ratio when the temperature of melting furnace was 833 K, the temperature of liquation hearth was 703 K, the temperature of evaporator furnace was 1373 K and the temperature of condenser was 373 K; With this method to dispose the hot-dip galvanizing dregs, when the recovery ratio was more than 70% that could get more profit4,The partical size distribution scope of zinc powders more narrow and size distribution uniform was discovered through scanning electron microscopy, the app-earance of the zinc powders which prepared was spherical shape completely, the par-tical size was very small, about 68% zinc powders'particle diameter bellow 10μm, the particle size of zinc powders which was prepared were same as the mechanical plating special-purpose zinc powders; Zinc powders surface submit roughness, the zinc powder content of mental zinc was higher which was discovered through the X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectra, which could reached to 99.793%. Make the content of the extraneous component to reduce 2~3 order of magnitude comparewith the hot-dip galvanizing dregs;5,The granularity of the zinc powders was very small, size distribution was uniform. The experimental results show that the zinc powders which made in experiment was completely satisfied with the mechanical plating. The dispersibility of the zinc powders was very good, and the activity was more strong; the wettability and adsorptivity was very fine; the speed of the deposition was very rapid; the appearance of the mechanical plating was shiny and smooth and the qulaity of the mechanical plating could satisfied with the standard of ASTM696-2000 and GB/T12335-1990....
