Mechanical plating was first invented by the United States in the 1940s-1950 s as a surface coating process.Mechanical plating is a kind of green surface treatment process that makes metal powder form a coating on the surface of a workpiece under normal temperature and pressure by the combined action of physical,chemical adsorption deposition and mechanical collision.Traditional mechanical galvanizing equipment includes main equipment and auxiliary equipment.The main equipment is generally composed of plating cylinder,support frame,transmission mechanism,motor,speed reducer and other parts.It mainly completes the deposition of metal powder on the workpiece substrate and provides mechanical impact force to form a metal coating.Looking at the domestic and foreign mechanical galvanizing equipment,it has gone through the development process from manual operation,mechanization to semi-automation,the technological level is becoming more mature,and the quality of the plating layer is improving day by day.However,the general technical level of domestic mechanical plating production equipment is backward,and the degree of automation of the control system is far from enough,because manual intervention in the control process makes the quality of mechanical plating products unstable.The industry hopes to integrate the mechanical plating process flow into the same production line to realize automatic production,which can not only make rational use of space and equipment,but also improve the controllability of product quality.Based on the analysis of the existing mechanical plating equipment and production line,this paper proposes an automatic design and control scheme for the mechanical plating production line,including:(1)Analyze the process and operation flow of mechanical galvanizing and arrange the equipment for the process flow of mechanical galvanizing;(2)Analyze the control principle of the barrel drive system of the mechanical galvanizing production line,and design the electrical control scheme of the barrel;(3)Analyze the control principle of liquid material and powder material feeding system in mechanical galvanizing production line,and design the electrical control scheme of liquid material and powder material feeding system;(4)Analyze the control principle of the heavy material feeding system of the mechanical galvanizing production line and design the electrical control scheme of the heavy material feeding system;(5)Analyze the control principle of the separation and drying system of the mechanical galvanizing production line,and design the electrical control scheme of the separation and drying system;(6)Analyze the control principle of no wastewater discharge in mechanical galvanizing production line,and design the electrical control scheme of no wastewater discharge.This paper designs an automatic mechanical plating production line,which realizes the automatic production of mechanical plating and has certain guiding significance for the production of mechanical galvanizing.
