Supramolecular chemistry research object is a kind of aggregate that is complicated, orderly, and also has a special function under the condition of noncoral bond weak nutual effort jointing, it's a kind of chemistry researching supramolecular or supramolecular chemistry 's properties and application. Nowadays supramolecular chemistry or host-guest chemistry has become one of the hot fields of chemical research . After crown ether, cyclodextrin and calixarene, Cucurbit[n]uril (Q[n]) are a new family of molecular hosts that have aroused considerable interest in the area of supramolecular chemistry , using Cucurbit[n]uril (Q[n])as a molecular bead synthesized a wide variety of supramolecular species such as polyrotaxanes, molecular necklaces, and rotaxane-based molecular switches, because of their special structures. In this paper, based on the research findings of Tao zhu group , 1) Using 1, 4-dicyclohexanocucurbit[6]uril as host , aniline and p-phenylene diamine as guests. The interaction of dicyclohexanocucurbit[6]uril with aniline and p-phenylene diamine has been investigated by using Ultraviolet-Spectroscopy and ~1H NMR techniques. The effect of anions to interaction of dicyclohexanocucurbit with aniline and p-phenylene diamine has been investigated. It showed that structures of these host-guest inclusion complexes are all fitted to a 1:1 binding model respectively, and the effect to interaction of cucurbit[n]urils'host-guest is increasing along the bulk of negative ion increasing, steady constant is discreasing, speculating effect mode to interaction of cucurbit[n]urils'host-guest is ion-atmosphere. 2 ) Using hexamethylcucurbit[6]uril as host , 4-(imidazol-yl)phenol and 2-phenylimidazole as guests, the interactions of host-guest have been investigated by electronic absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction determination comparing with the TMeQ[6] and Q[6]. The experimental results show that structures of these host-guest inclusion complexes are all fitted to a 1:1 binding model respectively , the same to the TMeQ[6] and Q[6]. The crystal data offers the information about the selection of space, the effect guest to the host's shape-change,crystal array. In the host-guest chemistry field, the interaction of cucurbit[n]urils with the functional dendrimers have been focused to be developed in these years. In this paper, we synthesized functional dendrimers with higher-symmetry on several bearing of trend using pentaerythritol derivations as derivation ,and investigated the interaction of cucurbit[n]urils and this functional dendrimers.
