Fluorescent dye molecules have extremely sensitive features, thus introducing fluorescent dye molecules supramolecular system have been broaden the supramolecular host-guest complexes containing fluorescent dye molecules in biological imaging, the application prospect in many areas such as simulation material. This thesis focused on the development of highly emissive host-guest systems which have been an emerging topic combined dynamic supramolecular system with fluorescent dyes. The main content covers as following:(1)A novel fluorescent dye molecule PVP containing pyrene and pyridine groups was designed and synthesized. The molecule is a red fluorescent dye with good structure and biological penetrability. The absolute quantum yield is 9.22.When the host-guest occlusion with cucurbit[n]urils could effectively improve the fluorescence efficiency, the absolute quantum yield was increased by nearly 4 times. In addition, the UV absorption spectrum of the reaction process with CB[7]and CB[8]changed differently, indicating that diversity of PVP fluorescent dye molecule. On the one hand,it had the ability to broad the derivative species and on the other hand,as a guest molecule which could be used to develop a new system for supramolecular self-assembly.(2)The use of the host-guest interaction between CB[n](n=7,8)and PVP dye molecules effectively suppressed the fluorescence quenching caused by the aggregation of fluorescent dye molecules in solution.Different from the traditional method of fluorescence modification,The guest molecule was formed a high binding force with CB[7]and CB[8]respectively with a binding constant as 4.97 × 106 M-1 and 2.49 × 105 M-1.The two systems indicated the simultaneous formation of 1:1 inclusion complexes and 2:2 inclusion complexes to protect the luminescence of water-soluble fluorescent dyes,CB[7]-PVP system was demonstrated a facile supramolecular approach to eliminate the self-aggregation of fluorophores in aqueous which could be used as simple encryption printing technology. The CB[8]-PVP can be the example as enhancement of intramolecular charge-transfer fluorophore complex system providing a unique strategy for the construction of high-quantum fluorescence systems.(3)Based on the above research, the system of pyrene fluorescent dye molecules PVP-2 and PVP-3 were further expanded. The aim was to design and synthesize derivatives of dye molecules with multiple fluorescent groups to achieve multi-color light regulation by dynamic regulation of different host macrocycles such as cucurbit[n]urils and cyclodextrins. The work pointed the way to the chemical assumption of stacking optical properties through multicolor fluorophore and provided a technical reference for the synthesis of molecules with multiple charges.
