There are a lot of methods to degum apocynum, and the most advanced method isusing ultrasonic. However, the research of apocynum degumming with ultrasonic isbasically confined to using single-frequency ultrasonic. Apocynum's microscopic surfacehave countless tiny holes, corners, trenches, protruding, although the most of pectin canbe removed by single-frequency ultrasonic treatment, it has less efficiency on thetreatment of these subtle points. There is a lot of small pectin on the surface of apocynum.This seriously affects apocynum' quality, handle and spinnability.To improve this situation, a new idea of apocynum degumming with sweep-frequencyultrasonic is put forward based on long-term experiment. Because there hasn't a fitsweep-ultrasonic generator for the sweep range of apocynum ultrasonic degumming, wedo the works as following:1. Parts are selected according to the sweeping frequency and output power. At theprinciple of design for simple and easy to maintain, main circuit of the 20 kHz-100kHzsweep-frequency ultrasonic textile tester is designed.2. As the broadband transducer which has a bandwidth of 20kHz 100kHz can not befound in the domestic market, we use the method that to select six frequency form therange of sweep-frequency and to use six transducers work at the same time in the sameperiodic sweep signal to simulate the working process of sweep-frequency ultrasonic.3. Contrasting 28kHz ultrasonic apocynum deguming experiment with the simulativesweep-frequency ultrasonic to fred the differences between the apocynum fibers that afterbeing treated with two different ways. So we can find something that need to explore andresearch. The experiment results tell us that comparing with 28 kHz ultrasonic, almost allsmall pectin of the apocynum's surface that after treatment by simulativesweep-frequency ultrasonic have be removed. The surface of the fiber becomes smoother.This obtains the effect of refined degumming. Degummed apocynum has a perfectwhiteness and wonderful sheen and seems exquisite. The fiber's separability, handle andappearance have a great improvement. These amazing phenomena are well worthresearching deeply.
