| The Apocynum is a functional textile material which has several excellent properties,such as antibacterial activity,air permeability and so on.The degumming is the key process for the extraction of the Apocynum fiber.The traditional degumming methods were always carried out with the pollution and the wasting of the energy,so the environmental method to extract the fiber from the bast is needed urgency.In this paper,the bio-recalcitrance of the bast fiber was analyzed,an efficient and eco-friendly process,containing physical,chemical and microbial treatment,was designed inspire by nature for extraction of Apocynum fibers.According to the measuring of the bast fiber,the bio-recalcitrance of the bast was analyzed from four aspects,the compound,and the molecular structure of the interface,the ultrastructure and the bacteriostasis of the bast.Considering the bio-recalcitrance,an efficient and eco-friendly process,containing physical,chemical and microbial treatment,was designed inspire by nature for extraction of Apocynum fibers.The alkali-resistant degumming strain was obtained with the strain improved method of evolutionary engineering.In this method,the evolutionary engineering was carried out to get the target bacterium which was used in the integrated method.The using of this evolutionary bacterium can combine the alkali treatment with the microbial treatment reasonable.Finally,for understanding the whole Bio-mimetic consolidated bioprocessing,the Bio-mimetic consolidated bioprocessing in which the parameter of the solution and the bast fiber were analyzed has been carried out. |
