The environmental friend zero-VOC indoor paints modified nanomaterials were studiedin this article. The acrylic resin emulsion with core-shell structure were prepared, which canform film in the 0℃temperature without film-forming agent and have high Tg value andlow MFFT emulsion. However, the polymerization methodology, emulsifying process,initiator and core to shell ratio were discussed, the results indicate that the polymerizationmethodology and adding mode of monomer would effect on the core-shellstructure. Furthermore, introducing nanomaterials Al2O3(1.0~2.0%) and SiO2(0.3~0.5%)could improve the properties of zero-VOC indoor paint including dirt resistance, abrasionresistance and aging resistance. Using nanomaterials as catalysis in the zero-VOC paint, theorganic substance NOx, formadehyde and benzene in the air could be decompositedthrough light initiation. |
